Journal of Emerging Trends in Economics and Management Sciences (JETEMS) is scholarly, open access, peer reviewed, double blind, interdisciplinary, and fully refereed journal focusing on theories, methods and applications in Economics, Finance, and Management Sciences.
The Editorial Board is very committed to build the Journal as one of the leading International Journal in Economics and Management Sciences in the next few years to come. The Journal's reputation will be enhanced from arrangements with several organizers of international conferences in publishing selected and best papers of the conference proceedings.
Journal of Emerging Trends in Economics and Management Sciences (JETEMS) is envisaged as a refereed international publication of Scholarlink Resource Centre Limited. The journal is aimed to publish original and thought provoking papers that will contribute to the economics and management scientific fields and provide a highly readable and valuable addition to the literature, which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come. It will provide a medium through which scholars and researchers all over the world publish their scholarly applied and fundamental research works on emerging trend on general management, organization theory and behaviour, business law, marketing theory and applications, finance and investment, and the economics of organizations strategic and human resource management - from empirical studies and theoretical developments to practical applications or any closely related fields.
The journal provides in-depth coverage of organizational problems and organization theory; reports on the latest developments in strategic management and planning; cross-cultural comparisons of organizational effectiveness; and concise reviews of the latest publications in management studies as well as lively debate in topical and important issues finance.
JETEMS reviews papers within approximately one month of submission and publishes accepted articles on the internet immediately upon receiving the final versions.
The first issue of the journal is due to appear in October 2010.
